Our iOS and Android apps are not out yet. That is not a reason to wait — every service BlueCoordex coordinates can be booked today on WhatsApp, and for most people it turns out to be faster than an app would have been.

What to send

Message us with three things:

  1. What you need — "kitchen tap is leaking", "home tutor for class 10 maths", "blood test at home for my father". Plain language is fine; you do not need to know our category names.
  2. Where you are — the area in Phusro, so we can match a provider who covers it.
  3. When you want it — a date and a rough time window, or "as soon as possible".

That is the whole booking form. We come back with a verified provider, a time, and what it will cost before anything is confirmed.

When we reply

A real person answers, Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 9PM. Not a bot, not a ticket number.

Outside those hours you will get an automatic reply confirming your message has landed, and a person picks it up when we are back. We would rather tell you we are closed than let a message sit unacknowledged overnight.

If it is an emergency

Do not wait for a reply to a normal message. Our homepage carries an urgent-contact strip above the service cards with a phone number you can call directly and a WhatsApp link that opens pre-filled as an emergency. Use those — they are there so that a genuine emergency never depends on us reading a queue in order.

What it costs to ask

Nothing. Messaging us, being matched with a provider and getting a quote are all free. You pay for the work itself, and you see the price before you agree to it.

Paying

Payment is handled by an established Indian payment gateway — UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Your card details go to the gateway, never to us: we do not see them and we do not store them. Money reaches the provider after the job is confirmed complete, not before.

When the app does arrive

Everything above keeps working. WhatsApp is not a stopgap we plan to switch off — for a lot of people it is simply the better way to reach a human, and that option stays.
