BlueCoordex is open for early access in Phusro, in the Bermo block of Bokaro district, Jharkhand. One town. Not a district, not a state, not "100+ cities" — Phusro.

We want to be precise about that, because the easiest thing for a new platform to do is imply it is everywhere. If you are reading this from anywhere else in India, we cannot serve you yet, and we would rather tell you that on the first page than after you have tried to book.

What BlueCoordex actually is

We are a service coordination platform. We do not send our own plumber or our own doctor — we connect you with a verified independent professional, and then we stay involved: confirming the booking, following it through, and being reachable when something goes wrong.

Three tracks cover what we coordinate:

  • Health — doctor consultation, home nursing, lab tests at home, physiotherapy, mental health, pharmacy delivery, ambulance, diet and wellness.
  • Education — home tutors, online classes, coding classes, exam coaching, skill training, workshops, career counselling, language classes.
  • Everyday Services — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, AC and appliance repair, home cleaning, pest control, cabs and travel, tiffin and catering, events, beauty and salon, and emergency help.

What works today

You can book any of the above right now by messaging us on WhatsApp. A person reads it, finds you a verified provider, and confirms the job back to you. No app, no account, no sign-up fee.

What does not work yet

Being straight about the gaps matters more at this stage than looking finished:

  • There are no apps yet. The iOS and Android apps are being built. The store badges on our homepage are deliberately greyed out and unclickable, because there is nothing behind them.
  • There are no reviews yet. We have not served enough jobs to have honest ratings, so our homepage says exactly that instead of showing invented stars. When ratings appear, they will come from customers who completed a real booking, and only those.
  • Coverage is one town. Message us with where you are and we will add you to the waitlist.

Why start this small

Because a verified provider network is built one person at a time. Every professional we list has to clear a background check, an identity check and a skill review before they can take your booking. That is slow work, and doing it properly in Phusro is worth more than doing it loosely across a state.
